Soy Portebello Mushroom


  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (or liquid smoke, if you have it)


  1. Mix ingredients together in a bowl and place mushroom in with it. Spoon sauce over the top of the mushroom to ensure fully coated.
  2. Oven cook for 20mins at 200C.

Can be eaten with salads, quinoa and veg or as a burger in a bap!
